How many times have we revised the difference between these words?m Some of you still find it difficult to distinguish and use them properly. I have found a video where you can have a very clear explanation of this ,

Plans and Intentions

Many of us make reflections on our lives by the end of the year in order to improve something . It´s typical of this time to make promises and try to keep them along the year. This is very common in the USA and they call it New Year´s Resolutions, They are mainly plans and intentions we  make and we all know that the right tense for this is GOING TO.
Well, this is true, but there are other verbs to express  this function. Watch this video and ´check it!
