COMPLAINT LETTER

 A complaint letter is a formal writing that  follows some rules.We have seen in class an example of how to organise one. Here you have an exercise where you can practise the vocabulary needad for these types of letters.

Simple Past

Voiced / voiceless sounds

We have started learning the past simple and one of the  difficulties of it is the pronunciation of endings.
Remember that with voiceless sounds the ending is pronounced T and with voiced ones, it´s pronounced D.
